Ice Hockey | Spring
Ft. Zumwalt South Hockey Club sponsors a spring B league ice hockey team that plays in the Mid States Club Hockey Association (MSCHA). We provide student athletes in 7th - 10th grade that reside within the Ft. Zumwalt South boundaries the opportunity to compete for and represent their high school in preparation of playing in the high school Varsity league.

eligibility
Players in 8th - 10th grade are eligible for B Team. Players in 7th grade are eligible for B Team as long as they are also meet the age requirements to be 14U Bantam in youth hockey. No 6th or 11th graders can be rostered regardless of their birth year.
**2024 B Team players will have a birth year of 2009, 2010 and 2011.
You cannot participate in B League if you currently play or have been rostered this season for ice hockey on:
- Junior Elite, Tier 1, AAA St. Louis Blues, AAA Lady Blues or AAA CarShield
- Central States Bantam Major, Midget Minor and Midget Major
- Central States Prospects Bantam Major, Midget Minor and Midget Major
- Twin Bridges Elite
Games & Practices
B Team practices will be held February through April and take place at Wentzville Ice Arena, St. Peters Rec-Plex or Ice Zone.
B Team league will run April through June. The league schedule typically consists of 10+ league games plus a few practice games.
All games and practices will be reflected in Crossbar.
Costs
B Team fees will be $1,400.
This covers MSCHA league fees (cost of ice & referees), practice, practice games and referees and club expenses.
B Team jerseys are not included in the player fees.
Jerseys
B Team jerseys are purchased separately. Approximate cost $100.
Required Documents
Mid States Requirements
Academic Eligibility - All B Team players need to have their previous school year's report card or transcript on file with FZSBHC prior to the start of practice. This will be uploaded as part of the club registration process.
Birth Certificate - B Team players need to provide a copy of their birth certificate to FZSBHC. This will be uploaded as part of the club registration process.
Mid States Definitive Emergency Medical Care Consent - Each player must have a completed Definitive Emergency Medical Care Consent on file to participate in any FZSBHC ice hockey event. This form can be downloaded on the Mid States website. This will be collected upon team rostering.

Skaters & Goalies: $1,400
$250 deposit paid at registration
$235 monthly installment paid on the 15th of each month (January - May). Full season total is $1425 if not paid in full due to processing fees.

Jerseys
Jerseys are an additional cost and will be ordered separately once roster is finalized.
